Our Story

Hi, I’m Conrad Martinez, founder and co-owner of Creative Moving & Packing.

I started this company with my brother Jesse in 2008, but the truth is, the story goes back much further.

I’m a second-generation mover. I was raised in this industry by my father, Antonio Chacon, who taught me everything he knew about hard work, respect, and doing things the right way, even when no one’s watching. He was known as one of the best in the area, and I had the honor of learning directly from him.

In those early days, I worked side by side with my brother Jesse. We didn’t have a fancy operation. Just strong backs, a commitment to doing right by people, and a growing reputation that spread the old-fashioned way: word of mouth.

Eventually, friends, family, and former customers kept asking if we could help with just one more move… and then another… and another. That’s when I realized this wasn’t just something we were good at. It was something people needed. So we turned our values into a company.

That’s how Creative Moving & Packing was born.

This business exists because of the people who believed in us from day one, and it thrives because of the people who continue to refer us to their friends, neighbors, and families.

Today, I’m proud to say we’re A+ rated, 5-star reviewed, and still grounded in the same principles we started with: show up on time, treat people with respect, protect what matters, and do what you said you’d do.

As a dad to two amazing kids, Alyssa and Conrad Jr., and a proud brother, son, and friend, I’ve always seen this company as an extension of my family. And I mean it when I say: when you move with us, we treat you like family, too.
